By creating an account or using Reportwright, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding agreement between you and The Wright Ones LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Reportwright provides AI-assisted home inspection report generation tools for licensed home inspectors. AI-generated reports are provided as a starting point and must be reviewed, edited, and verified by a licensed inspector before delivery to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated reports, and you are solely responsible for the final report you deliver to any client.
You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind any business you represent. One account per person or business entity. You are responsible for all activity under your account. By using this service, you represent that you hold any required licenses for home inspection in your jurisdiction.
Reportwright Pro is billed monthly at $129/month. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by law.
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; use AI-generated reports without independent professional review; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service; use automation to generate reports at scale beyond your subscription limits; submit false or misleading inspection data; or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.
Reports generated by Reportwright are AI-produced drafts. You, as a licensed inspector, are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and certifying all AI output before delivering it to clients. The Wright Ones LLC is not liable for any losses arising from the use of AI-generated reports without your independent professional verification and sign-off.
You retain ownership of your inspection data and report content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service. The Reportwright platform, software, and branding are owned by The Wright Ones LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wright Ones LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of Reportwright shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any liability arising from inspection reports delivered to third parties.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@restorewright.pro.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
